Five-time champions Mumbai Indians registered their second successive win after three straight losses in the 17th edition of the IPL. This was also the sixth consecutive defeat for Royal Challengers Bengaluru against MI at the Wankhede, with the last win coming way back in 2015. After a heartbreaking loss, RCB skipper Faf du Plessis lamented the team's defeat to dew and said that it's high time for him to win some tosses.
